Week 5 — Humility
I am humble.
This week's idea: amānitvam (Gita 13.8), absence of pride. Humility is not thinking less of yourself; it's thinking of yourself less. A confident person can say "I don't know" easily.
Read: Gita 13.7–13.11 and one chapter of any book you're reading on leadership.
Phrases this week
- I don't know, tell me more.
- That was [name]'s idea, and it was a good one.

Going deeper (second round)
Receive criticism without defending yourself. Say "Thank you, let me think about that" and nothing else.
