Week 4 โ Charisma and Magnetism
I am charismatic and magnetic.
This week's idea: charisma is presence + warmth + calm power. A lot of it is body and voice: open posture, steady eyes, a relaxed face, and a calm voice that goes down at the end of sentences.

Phrases this week
- It's great to meet you.
- I've been looking forward to this.
- That's a great story.
- I'd love to hear your thoughts on...
- Let's do it.
Daily prompts
| Day | Prompt | English drill |
|---|---|---|
| Mon | Before entering any room: 3 slow breaths, drop your shoulders, decide to be curious. | Think in English: describe how you feel in your body right now. |
| Tue | Keep steady, warm eye contact while listening. Look away naturally only while thinking. | ๐ Record: "Describe your village to someone who has never been to India." Speak slowly with a warm voice. |
| Wed | Greet 3 people with a real smile (eyes too) and their name. | Use "I'd love to hear your thoughts on..." in a real conversation. |
| Thu | Notice your posture all day. Open chest, hands visible, no crossed arms. | Shadow and copy the speaker's tone, not just words. |
| Fri | End sentences with a calm, downward tone. Avoid sounding like a question. | ๐ Record: "Why do you want to live in Canada?" Watch the end of your sentences. |
| Sat | Start a conversation with a stranger (a shop, an event, a gym). | Think in English for 20 min today. |
| Sun | Weekly review. When did you feel most magnetic? What were you doing? | Write 5 sentences about the man you are becoming. |
Going deeper (second round)
Stay warm and open with someone who is cold or difficult. Watch them soften.
